We can all make plans, but what about being able to cope with what we didn't see coming? It's very difficult, so the best way is to know your options so you can quickly put a PLAN B into action! When Plan B fails, then onto C and so on...this is the resilience required for teens, and adults.
Watch the video and read the linked Blog above. Now think about what you have learned throughout this entire CALM course. Consider yourself, your relationships, your finances and now possibilities for your future. GEESH, that's not a lot to think about at all is it?!
Now think about what you will do if things don't go the way you hope? Remember it wouldn't be a curve ball if it was expected. However to consider possible curve balls and come up with a plan b- just in case, is SMART! Complete this document, it has an example in the first row. . When you are happy with your Plan B post it on the CALMmunity. This assignment is mandatory and will be marked as complete or not complete. Worth 10% of your Topic 3 mark. (In order to be complete you must follow the exemplar in the document.) |

The "Young People's Pack" is a PDF containing anything you might want to know about your transition from high school and beyond! These might be worthwhile to bookmark so you have them for resources beyond this course.
